What Is a Bronze Sleeve Bushing?
A bronze sleeve bushing is a cylindrical plain bearing designed to reduce friction and wear between moving components. Unlike ball or roller bearings, sleeve bushings contain no rolling elements. Instead, the shaft operates directly against the inner bearing surface.

How Oil-Impregnated Bronze Bushings Work
