SINTERED BRONZE BUSHING SAE841

Powdered metal self-lubricating bronze bushings are durable components used in mechanical applications. Crafted from a blend of powdered metals, primarily bronze, these bushings undergo a thermal process to bond particles and include built-in lubricating properties. Ideal for industries such as automotive, industrial, sports and recreation and off-highway applications. They eliminate the need for external lubrication systems, offering a low-maintenance solution for reliable and wear-resistant performance.

SAE 862, SAE863 OIL IMPREGNATING BEARINGS

Sintered Iron-Copper Bearings comprised mainly of iron with 10-20% copper content, are manufactured through a process involving blending iron and copper powders, shaping the mixture, and sintering it. The iron matrix provides structural strength, while the copper content, in the form of powder or alloy, enhances wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. These bearings find wide applications in automotive, industrial machinery, and appliances, offering a durable and efficient solution with a balance of strength and superior tribological performance in challenging operating conditions.
