SELF-LUBRICATING BEARINGS

OIL LUBRICANTED PARTS

SAE 30 Lubricants

Powdered metal bearings feature the ability to be made self-lubricating, thus adding an oil lubricant to the application. Through vacuum impregnation, bearings will absorb oil, the oil will release when heat is created through normal operation. As temperatures cool, the bearing will re-absorb the oil, retaining the lubrication for future uses.

Self-lubricating bronze bearings, bushing and spacers

SAE 30 lubricants meet viscosity requirement set by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). They have higher viscosity, ideal for applications needing thicker oils for adequate lubrication and protection. Commonly used in automotive engines, industrial machinery, and power equipment like lawn mowers and generators, particularly in moderate to high-temperature environments and normal operating conditions.

Food-grade self-lubricated parts

We offer a specially formulate food grade lubricants meet rigorous regulations and standards for safe use in food processing. Designed to prevent contamination and ensure product safety, these lubricants are suitable for various applications in the food and beverage industry including food processing equipment, packaging machinery, and other food handling systems.

Examples: white mineral oil, synthetic food grade oils, and vegetable-based oils
